Description
A synchronization system based on UTC time reception from the GPS (Global Positioning System) satellite system with microsecond-level precision.
Practically an infinite number of “Synchro Cricket” devices, without physical connection to each other and anywhere on Earth’s surface, can activate any device through their output with a time deviation among all of them less than one millisecond.
Applications
- Turn on/off continuously or pulsed, with or without established sequences, lights, lasers, beacons or lighting systems placed at great distances from each other but requiring absolute synchronization
- Precisely synchronize events that must have the same precision at “start”
- Perpetually accurate clock
- Route recorder when installed on moving vehicle (viewable on Google Earth)
Features
- Usable at any point on Earth with the same precision and reliability
- Receives information from 20 GPS satellites simultaneously
- “Open collector” synchronization output with current limitation
- Auxiliary relay output
- RS232 serial interface for parameter setting and operating modes
- Sends exact time to connected devices
- NMEA string extraction for GPS tracking software
- Parameter saving on flash memory
- Integrated internal thermometer
- Logging on internal microSD card up to 2GB
- Optional alphanumeric display for time and GPS data visualization
- Sound scanning of seconds 54-58 and 00 every minute (optional)
- Active antenna connector (magnetic base antenna included)
